Who we are

We are People4u. We provide remote staffing and offshoring support services to foreign companies that want to operate in the Philippines. We also assist local businesses with IT outsourcing and consulting needs.


When we started operations in 2011, we held this deep-seated belief that we could do well what we set out to do – that we could truly help our clients, and fully nurture our employees.

This continues to drive us today. This is why we make sure our clients get first-rate talents, high-end office spaces, and cutting-edge technologies. We give each client our undivided attention.

Our management team has a wealth of experience in working with different types of companies. We can adapt to the specific needs of customers, and handle a wide range of projects with all sorts of budgets. We adhere to best practices and follow industry standards.

We are not in the habit of counting our wins. We care more about the quality of our customer relations. We simply want our clients to succeed, and we do everything to make it happen.


Starting Point

People4u was established. RMK, a New York-based project sourcing solutions provider, was our first client.

Various Industries

Helped broaden capabilities of financial group Macquarie and clients from other industries.

Shared Services

Expanded offerings and provided outsourced shared services to LikeJobs and other companies.

Mobile Solutions

Came up with end-to-end mobile solutions; partnered with Australian Credit and Finance and Smarter Good.

Service Delivery

Introduced service delivery for mobile development; NowInfinity and Carlson Wagonlit became clients.

Anchor Client

Services provider Accenture, publisher Financial Times, and gaming firm William Hill were added to clientele.

Salesforce Consultants

Became a top source of Salesforce consultants; serviced Australia's TSA Group and India's HCL.

Brighter Prospects

Named Salesforce Consulting Partner; grew client base to include Manulife, Unilab, and New Signature; acquired by Yumeshin Holdings of Japan; all set to expand to the Asia Pacific region.
