NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Consulting firm People4u has opened its new US office in Newport Beach, California, signaling its commitment to better serve its customers and partners in the USA region.

The regional office, People4u’s first outside the Philippines, is positioned to spearhead the firm’s global expansion initiative aimed at penetrating targeted markets.

According to People4u CEO Jay de Claro, the strategy is driven by the growing opportunities abroad for Salesforce support and implementation. “We believe there is a niche for what we offer,” he said. “Our offshore services enable companies that want to acquire verified Salesforce skills under a low-cost, low-risk setup.”

People4u is a Registered Consulting Partner of Salesforce in the Philippines, and thus far the only one in the country with Lightning accreditation. It has one of the largest number of Salesforce-certified consultants in the Philippines, a strength rooted in its ability to develop talents.

De Claro said they do not simply recruit. “We do not rely solely on sourcing qualified talents; we create them. We hire them, we train them, and then we get them certified and deployment-ready,” he said. “Through our capability development programs, we are able to overcome the limitations of the labor market.”

People4u is a leading developer of Salesforce expertise in the Philippines. Its training courses include modules in key competencies like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Apttus CPQ – all given free to employees. Certification exams are likewise sponsored by the company, whose stellar pass rate hovers above 99%.

Remarkably, People4u has accumulated a sizeable collection of certifications on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud over a span of just a few years.

Founded in 2011, People4u offers consulting and staffing solutions to companies in the US and Australia that want to cut costs, mitigate risk, and gain flexibility. Through its managed support services, clients can buy buckets of hours to do defined tasks under a follow-the-sun workflow model.

People4u is owned by Yumeshin Holdings, a Tokyo-based listed corporation with 6,600 employees. One of the leading skilled manpower dispatch businesses in Japan, it hires over 2,000 engineers annually. Yumeshin has subsidiaries in Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, Russia, and the Philippines.

Veteran tech executive Jo Javier appointed president of People4u USA

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – People4u announced the appointment of veteran IT executive Jo Javier as president of the company’s newly launched US operations.

Javier has held several senior management positions and has strong experience in technology sales, executive management, corporate finance, and strategic business development for domestic and international markets.

Javier believes expanding beyond the Asia Pacific region and opening the Newport Beach office is a logical step for People4u. “People4u is driven by its goal of increasing its global presence and delivering high quality IT solutions to a wider market,” he said. “Establishing a foothold in the US will further strengthen our service capabilities for North America – a move perfectly aligned with the company’s global business growth strategies.”
