We are People4u. We provide remote staffing and offshoring support services to foreign companies that want to operate in the Philippines. We also assist local businesses with IT outsourcing and consulting needs.


When we started operations in 2011, we held this deep-seated belief that we could do well what we set out to do – that we could truly help our clients, and fully nurture our employees. This continues to drive us today. This is why we make sure our clients get first-rate talents, high-end office spaces, and cutting-edge technologies. We give each client our undivided attention. Our management team has a wealth of experience in working with different types of companies. We can adapt to the specific needs of customers, and handle a wide range of projects with all sorts of budgets. People4u is named Salesforce Consulting Partner, an endorsement which bolsters the company's newly-launched Consulting Services. The offering is designed for companies that want to embark on a digital transformation journey and make the shift to the cloud to become more efficient, competitive, and profitable. Driven by its partnership with Salesforce, People4u is all set to expand regionally to Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, as well as globally to the US and India.
People4u was established as a business services and consulting company, offering exceptional technical and operational support. Our first client was RMK, a project sourcing solutions provider based in New York, USA.
People4u continued to help organizations such as Macquarie, a leading global provider of financial, research, and funds management services, broadening their capabilities and competencies through its competitive service offerings for most industry verticals.
Due to remarkable industry growth and high market demand, People4u expanded its offerings and provided outsourced Shared Services to LikeJobs Inc., FutureNow Ventures, All Famous Digital, and companies coming from other sectors.
People4u partnered with JMango to come up with a secure end-to-end mobile solutions offering (mobile banking, mobile remittance, and mobile commerce). That same year, People4u engaged with Rollbase, a cloud platform for business apps.

More and more client partnerships were established, such as: Australian Credit and Finance, which offers new and refinanced mortgages, car finance, life and risk insurance, and urgent and specialized home loans for Australians; and Smarter Good, an innovative global services firm for social sector organizations.
People4u introduced its capability on Service Delivery for Mobile Development to cater to local and offshore clients. NowInfinity and Carlson Wagonlit, became valued clients.
People4u's operations were formally clustered into four business streams: Staffing, Managed Operations, IT Service Management, and Managed Support Services. At the same time, the company reinforced its Salesforce capabilities.

Accenture, a top global professional services firm; Financial Times, a global business publication; and William Hill, one of the world's most trusted online betting and gaming companies, were added to People4u’s growing list of prominent clients.
People4u establishes itself as one of the most reliable sources of accomplished Salesforce Consultants, all trained in-house by the company. To date, People4u has serviced the following clients: TSA Group, an Australian business process outsourcing company; HCL, India’s premier technology company; and Tiger Resort Leisure & Entertainment, one of the major casino and resort development companies in the region.
